This is a small experiment for exploring Norwegian law with AI. Legal texts are fetched from Lovdata's public data, organized for local use, and presented in a simpler format for browsing and search. The legal data is reused in accordance with the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD) 2.0. AI may be used to summarize, explain, translate Norwegian text into English, or help users navigate the material. However, the original legal text remains the authoritative source.

NorPlog

This project explores publicly available police log data from across Norway. Entries from the Norwegian Police are collected and presented in a format that makes them easier to browse, search, and analyze. The data is reused in accordance with the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD) 2.0. AI may be used to summarize events, highlight patterns, or translate Norwegian text into English. The original police log entry remains the authoritative record.
